| Duties: | The Client Services/IT Technical Support Representative is an integral position in DMA’s implementation and ongoing support department. The ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of skills and abilities to effectively communicate with peers and clients (Inbound/Outbound Calls, e-mail, etc.), as well as fundamental coding and IT development. The successful candidate must be able to leverage a range of communication and technical talents. |
| Experience Required: | A minimum Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Experience in a Microsoft environment and with data entry is required; exposure to basic programming fundamentals/concepts is a plus. Excellent written and verbal skills are required. Ability and willingness to engage with Clients and Peers to solve problems, plan and develop solutions is also required. |
